Placing And Managing Orders

Please place a ticket through http://help.idotmind.com/work-tickets to request work. You may also place an order for standardized products through our online store, over the phone with a credit card, or if you already have an account we can at times also accomodate orders for non-service items placed through email, by fax or by mail.

Mini Work-Ticket Howto:

1. You start your project by opening a ticket and writing us a memo on what you want.

2. From there we generate a Work Order and attach it as a PDF file. You download the Work Order file and read it. If you agree to us doing the work you state in the ticket, "I Agree to Order Form...." You may also sign and mail or fax back the Order Form with a check.

3. For some of our standard products, and for standard quantities of time you can even buy standard service packages, products, and discounted consulting credits with your credit card online in our store.

4. After we receive payment we will schedule your job and keep in touch with you during it via the Work-Ticket system so you get what you want.
