What Is Fairness?

iDotMind makes a comittment to our clients, our customers and to our users to practice fairness when engaging in our business. This means that we will schedule resources according to the following criteria in the following order:

  1. 1. Severity
  2. 2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  3. 3. First Come, First Served

iDotMind believes that taking care of emergencies is important. We balance that responsibility with our comittment to upholding our Service Level Agreements and fulfilling new requests or change orders. It is important for you to give us adequate time to work on your job and to notify us of any deadlines at least 1 week in advance. Therefore we ask that you please be mindful of your Service Level Agreement (SLA). If time is of the essence, we offer expedited services for an additional fee.

We try to do our best to quickly respond to emergencies, but we do expect you to understand and agree that a lack of planning on your part does not always constitute an emergency on ours.
