Placing And Managing Orders

We require all work orders to be agreed upon in writing. Please place all service related work orders and any questions you may have in a ticket through http://help.idotmind.com/work-tickets, our work order and collaboration system. You may also place orders for standardized products such as domain names, web hosting, software as a service products, and discounted pre-purchased support packages through our online store or over the phone with a credit card.

If you need more flexible billing and payment options we do extend Net30 terms to clients who qualify. If you are interested please download our credit application here.

Mini Work-Ticket Howto:

Give us a call if you need us to walk you through this over the phone. We promise, you're going to love the ticket system after we teach you how to use it. And if you need our updates sent to with a text message instead of email, we can do that too!

    1. You start your project by opening a ticket and writing us a memo on what you want.
    2. From there we generate a Work Order and attach it as a PDF file. You download the Work Order file and read it. If you agree to us doing the work you state in the ticket, "I Agree to Order Form...." You may also sign and mail or fax back the Order Form with a check.
    3. For some of our standard products, and for standard quantities of time you can even buy standard service packages, products, and discounted consulting credits with your credit card online in our store.
    4. After we receive payment we will schedule your job and keep in touch with you during it via the Work-Ticket system so you get what you want.
    5. It's really that easy!
