Domain Registration

As a convenience for its customers and as a value added service, iDotMind offers its customers and clients certain domain name services such as, bulk search, registration, renewal, and DNS management. To be able to offer these services, iDotMind is partnered with the reputable wholesale registrar, eNom. iDotMind, offers the above named value added services to you under the following conditions.

  1. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the eNom registration agreement found at http://www.enom.com/terms/agreement.asp as well as all other eNom service agreements appropriate to your level of service located at "http://www.enom.com/terms/default.asp.
  2. You agree that any domain name that is invented and registered by iDotMind for your use during the term of the registration agreement, is the intellectual property of iDotMind and shall unless otherwise agreed to in writing, remain the property of iDotMind.
  3. You agree that any domain name that you transfer to iDotMind or cause to be registered with iDotMind via a Domain Name Order Form, will only be released pending all payment of fees owed to iDotMind, its agents, affiliates, and or business partners.
