Quotes on custom work are available, but you must first agree to our Consulting Agreement and purchase a New Project Consulting Package. Upon acceptance of our quote we will apply the value of your purchase to the cost of your new project.
If you have placed an order for a product that does not include any services, you will be notified via email of your order's shipping status.
If your order provides for access to the iDotMind Help Desk System, you will be able to interact with your iDotMind Expert Consultants via a message and file sharing system. The iDotMind Help Desk System will allow you to make requests, create incidents, make change orders, upload and download files, etc... Depending on your type of Order or Subscription, you will be billed in advance via the iDotMind Store, or if you qualify for credit terms, you will be invoiced electronically. We believe we have made it as simple as possible to use. In fact, We've created the following video to show you how to work it.
